Izzy is a one of a kind Blythe doll with the following work completed:
 
Custom lids 
1 set of Yumi Camui eye chips, 2 set hand painted, 1 set of Puppelina
Open mouth carving, with teeth.
Natural looking freckles and skin texture.
Original ears removed, new ears added with glue.
Full face-up in high quality pastels and highlighter
Sealed several times with MSC UV cut.
New Licca tilt Body
Outfit which includes a sweater, skirt and leggings
Handmade tassel charms with matching silk tassle pulls
Original doll Neo Blythe Urban Cowgirl with an new scalp. Not sure which doll the scalp came from, but it is definently from a  stock doll, not a factory scalp. Scalp has been washed and treated with Volks wig treatment.
